The Staff is friendly and helpful Susan Martin, who operates the office suites is Awesome very knowledgeable..The office suites are up-to-date with today’s Technology it’s just a warm friendly place to work.

Crosstown Executive Suites is a great place to have an office. The building is kept clean and the staff is amazing.

I have been very much impressed with the facilities at Crosstown Executive Suites …I came from an office where I was paying half of the bill and that became a little too much. I ran into this location while surfing the Internet. There was a plus, such as : location close to my son’s school, I don’t have to be at the office for something too happen, only use the facilities when I need too, they have even accommodated me in regards to my dog (Blossom) being with me.

Clean, beautiful, and convenient.

Firstly, the location is so unique in that I can be downtown in 10 minutes…Brandon in 10 minutes….Apollo Beach or New Tampa in under 20 minutes…..and more importantly, it is easy for my clients to find….I tell them Crosstown and 301.

All of the staff at Crosstown Executive Suites are Professional and go above and beyond to help me and my clients feel at home. I have been a tenant since October 2008 and would highly recommend anyone looking for a small office with all the amenities of a corporate office. My clients are very impressed with the decor in the building and the ease of the location.

I moved from my high overhead office in September 2008 to the Crosstown Suites and I wish I had done so about 2 years previously.

I would urge you to consider Crosstown Executive Suites, if you are getting a little tired of high overhead including: Utilities, telephone, employee payroll, workmen’s comp, insurance, etc, etc, etc,…then I would strongly urge you to consider talking with the folks here, as they can custom fit the various services and suites to your particular needs, and I promise you that you will be glad you did.
